How Do I Amend or Append the Occupations List?

Occupations are an optional selection within the patient record, these are selected from a pre-defined list to allow the ability to report on patients with a specific occupation.



From the main setup area of the program click on [image]
from the Miscellaneous section of the setup menu.



You will now have the following screen visible.

To create a new Occupation click on the new button and complete the form as required [image]



To Edit or set as inactive highlight the option you desire and click on [image]

You will now be faced with the following screen:

To remove the occupation from the patient selectable list uncheck the active checkbox, to edit the description simply overtype the name.

Once you have finished click save.
