How Do I Automatically Print / Email Documents on Completion of Treatment Items?

In SFD v6 you have the ability to automatically print or email treatment specific documents on the completion of a treatment form. To enable this feature follow the steps below.

First of all click on the SFD button in the top left hand corner of the screen, select Setup from the dropdown list.

Now you are in the Setup screen, click on the Items button within the Treatment section. Simply double click on the item you wish to assign a document to. From the Documents dropdown button select your document. Click Save to confirm.

From now when you complete a treatment form including the treatment item you have assigned a document to the following window will appear.

Select whether you wish to print or email.
