Last year the Scottish Government announced their intention to present a revised Determination I to be in place for 1st November 2023.
Below describes the changes to the SDR and what impact it will have on you.
In an effort to simplify claiming, the ordinary fee codes have been reduced in number from some 400+ to 65.
Orthodontic claiming remains largely unchanged other than the new examination codes and the removal of colour photograph claiming.

Fillings now use a non-material based codes, when claiming C001, C002 & C003 you will now be asked the material used.
Claiming of C012 & C013 is processed automatically based on number of C001 & C002.
Composite Supplement C004, C005, C014 & C015 is processed automatically based on filling & material.
