After being with EXACT for many years we were becoming more frustrated with the speed of the system, not being able to personalise the program to our needs and the ever increasing support costs. After researching various other system SFD became our first choice, we were able to download a demo and work with the system to see if it was going to meet our needs. The enthusiasm from Adam Vernon about the system was also fantastic and it became more apparent that he wanted to work with us to make the software everything that we wanted. The training and install day went as smoothly as we could have expected. We had the two Adams on site over the two days and they were building elements into the software as we worked to make the software work for our procedures. We are two weeks in after install the help desk have been fantastic, you are through to an advisor straight away and nothing has been too much trouble.
