Having been with my old software supplier for over 10 years, I felt I was paying a lot for very little and did a lot of research into the alternatives. We had a demo with Adam from SFD and instantly loved the system and its user friendliness. I was a little nervous about data transfer and even though some aspects of this turned out to be more complex than first anticipated Adam Vernon and the team worked extremely hard and at all hours to ensure everything went smoothly. I (and more importantly my team )love the system. Support is instant, friendly and efficient and you can tailor the system to your practice rather than vice versa with other systems. We are aiming to go completely paperless and are using the wireless signature pads very successfully for all our medical history , Fp17 and estimate forms. I would not hesitate to recommend SFD to any colleague.
