Why Does the Program Warn me About a Medical Assessment When Completing a Treatment Item
Practices are mostly required to check the patients medical history per treatment visit.
We have added a check on completion of each item to make sure this is done.

If you do not require this feature then please turn off in "Program Setup" under "Treatment".
