Handover

Once you've decided to join the SfD family, your dedicated Implementations Specialist will be introduced by the Sales team. From this point on, you'll have a consistent point of contact who will guide you through every stage of the process.

  • 128 MB Graphics card or shared (1028 x 768 min resolution)
  • LAN Connection 100 or 1000 Mbit Nic Internet connection (broadband is preferred)
  • Speakers (optional - some alerts create sound)
Recommended Server Specifications:
  • OS - Windows 10 or Windows Server 2012 r2 or newer
  • CPU - Quad core 3.0 Ghz or better
  • RAM - 16GB
  • HDD - 2 HDDs, one for the OS and the other for the (SSD is highly recommended for the second drive)
  • LAN Connection 100 or 1000 Mbit Nic Internet connection (fibre is preferred if backing up to cloud)
