Why does the program say I am already logged on when I'm not?

This situation can occur when you have had a computer or network crash. The system is clever enough to know that your Username and password are in use on a specific terminal.

Unfortunately if the system does not log out cleanly then your session would not have ended and it will remain live indefinitely.

Solution:

Simply ask everyone to log out of SFD and reboot the server.
