This is simply a setting, you would not wish to ask a male if they were pregnant, for this reason medical questions can be gender specific, and will only display in the medical questionnaires for patients of the given gender.

Solution
- Click on the SFD Icon in the top left corner of the program
- Click on setup
- Under the Medical section click on Questions
- Select the question from the list that you wish to change, and click edit
- Select Male & Female from the Gender drop down menu
- Finally Click Save
