How do I search for patients without a postcode?

To generate this information within your dental software, you will need to run the Patients report. To access the reporting section of the system, click on the tooth button in the top left hand corner of the screen then select Reports from the menu (shown below).

Next click on the Patients button (shown below), which is located under the Patients bar.

From there click the New button towards the top left of the screen (shown below).

This will bring up the window below. Next, click on the Postcode tab (highlighted below).

Within this tab make sure that Include in Report Patient With checkbox is checked along with the Without a Postcode checkbox. Once both of these are selected, generate the report by clicking OK in the bottom right hand side.

This will list all patients within your dental software which do not have a postcode.
