How do I report on notes?

The notes report allows you to check that notes have been recorded for each of the appointments on a given day. To navigate to this report first select the tooth icon in the top left hand corner and then Reports.


You will then want to select Appointment Notes which is at the top of the reports screen under Appointment.


This will bring up a blank report. Click Report to open the properties.


This simply lets you select the date you’d like to report against.


The report will now show you all the patients that have had an appointment in your selected time frame and will have either a tick or a cross depending on if they have any notes for that appointment. If you would like to filter for appointments without any notes you can use the No Notes tick box.
