1/ Certificates: would be good to scan in certificates into the library saved per practice field for date of expiry + alert for a defined period previous to expiry an editable list of certificates that each Practice should have + alert if a Practice is missing a certificate Certifiactes for certain users e.g. GDC + indemnity cert for all clinicians - alert if clincian missing a certificate Certificates given labels as "desirable" or "must have" Reportable - e.g. cert's about to expire, clinicians missing cert's etc 2/ Policies saved per practice editable fields within document for areas which are unique to individual practices e.g. location of fire extinguisher etc ability to sign as read and understood on 'pad' report for policies not read + signed by user report on policies for specific user types e.g. receptionist etc
