Here at Systems for Dentists we love to put on a show, whether it’s dazzling dentists with our intuitive software or attending the biggest shows in the dental calendar.
This year has been no exception, the team have just returned from the BDA Dentistry Show, held at the NEC Birmingham on the 17th and 18th May, and what an event it was.
Our show team included Adam Vernon (Operations Manager), Dominic Greer (Sales Manager) and two of our highly skilled trainers David White and Patrick Fay. All of our staff have returned to the office with positive reports on how well organised the show was with great attendance from the dental community.
Our marketing team have been working behind the scenes for some months preparing our new look exhibition stand. We have received very positive feedback from our customers, and all the team felt it was a much better layout to catch up with our customers and talk in depth about the potential our software has to offer.
Over the two-day event we offered live demos of our software, which also gave us the opportunity to show our existing customers our new add-on features - Kudos and Patient Portal in greater depth.
Initial feedback from the show indicates that good news travels fast in Scotland, we have recently seen huge growth in this area and it was fantastic to see so many Scottish Orthodontists make the journey to visit us.

“It was great to catch up with some of the Scottish Orthodontists in Birmingham, a few had made a specific visit to see us after hearing great things about our software from sites in Scotland we have recently migrated, they were also aware of how committed we are to eOrtho and gave us the opportunity to share our plans in more detail ready for the January 2020 launch”.
As always, our team love to catch up with our existing customers. We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to stop by to say hello. It was a pleasure to speak with new customers having recently gone live who dropped by to ask a few questions and overwhelmingly the feedback was hugely positive.
We received some very valuable feedback over the course of the event, here are just a few of the comments; Sandra and Vera Morris of St Giles Dental Practice said how pleased they were that they chose us. Claire Morrice from Cobham Dental Practice came by to say thank you for all the assistance we have given the practice and Peter Nadin from Great Haywood Dental Practice commented that he loved the way the software helped him do his job and didn’t get in the way. It’s been great to pass this feedback onto our developers and support team as we always encourage feedback to ensure we continuously improve our service offering.
