We opened a new dental practice in February 2019.
I used other systems before SFD in practices I worked including R4 and SoEl health. Both felt really poorly design and overpriced
SFD stood out with all the update for prior approval with NHS Scotland
It proved to be the best and ready for all new regulations so this was a main deciding point, apart from being cheaper the other systems
After we started I was sure this was the best choice
The system is easy and friendly to use. All reports are available and the financial side is well developed
There is always good support from SFD and all my staff are very happy to use it and get help if needed
